Axolots are $120 each plus overnight shipping $75

With purchase of a kit, axolotls are discounted to $70, shipping is included in the cost of the kit.

We are not able to ship axolotls to the following states: California, Maine, New Jersey, Washington D.C., Arkansas & New Mexico.

If you desire to purchase one of our axolotls to be shipped, contact us to reserve one and make shipping arrangements. 

Merchandise Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of merchandise, you can return any unused product in the original packaging within 30 days from the date of purchase. Email us to request a return label.

Axolotl Live Arrival Guarantee

At Axolotls Tulsa, we take great care in the health, safety, and proper packaging of every axolotl we ship. We offer a Live Arrival Guarantee to ensure your axolotl arrives safely.

Our Guarantee
We guarantee that your axolotl will arrive alive, healthy, and in good condition when all of the following conditions are met.

Shipping Requirements

  • Orders are only shipped via overnight shipping.

  • Someone must be available to receive the package on the first delivery attempt.

  • Temperatures at both the origin and destination must be above freezing.

What To Do Upon Arrival

  • Open the package immediately upon delivery.

  • Inspect your axolotl right away.

  • If there are any issues, you must notify us within 2 hours of delivery.

In the Rare Event of an Issue
If your axolotl arrives deceased (DOA), we will offer a replacement or store credit (excluding shipping costs), provided the following requirements are met:

  • Clear photos or video of the axolotl in the unopened bag.

  • Additional photos of the axolotl after opening.

  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label.

Exclusions (Guarantee Void If):

  • Delivery is missed or delayed due to the recipient not being available.

  • Incorrect shipping information was provided.

  • Package is left outside for an extended period after delivery.

  • The axolotl is mishandled after arrival.

Important Notes

  • Slight color changes due to stress during shipping are normal and temporary.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will always work with you to find a fair solution.

  • By placing an order, you agree to the terms of this Live Arrival Guarantee.
