Axolotls move in and out of the showroom daily.  If you are planning to visit the store, an axolotl can be reserved prior to visiting by placing a Deposit $30.

A deposit will hold the axolotl for 2 weeks.  To extend the reserve time, contact us to make further arrangements.

Once an axolotl has been purchased online, you will be contacted with videos or photos for final selection.  The axolotl will be reserved for you until the nitrogen cycle has been established in your aquarium.  We will reach out to confirm tank readiness.

Live Arrival Guarantee​

We guarantee live arrival of the axolotl.  The package must be brought in and opened within one hour of delivery.  If the axolotl is not alive, send a picture for confirmation.  If we have not been notified within an hour of delivery, the guarantee will be void.
