The california coast strikes gold again! This time it’s delicious. We took silky white chocolate with caramelized sugar and mixed in pure 100% cacao nibs to bring you crunchy, sweet golden goodness. Product inspiration: “we always said we wouldn’t do a white chocolate bar. But once i tasted this chocolate, i couldn’t stop eating it. I thought that creating a bar with a contrast of 100% cacao nibs and this chocolate would make a nice balance. If you take the ingredients and mix them together, i like to say, you get milk chocolate.
