Our axolotl essentials ship kit contains only the essential items needed to set up your axolotl tank. The seeded filter and ammonia are a quicker than usual way to complete the process. It usually takes about 2 weeks. We provide recommended steps and customer service to help you through. Water tests will be performed daily to monitor nitrate, nitrite and ammonia. Once the nitrogen cycle is established in your aquarium, you can safely add your axolotl to the aquarium. You can choose between the API Master kit or test strips for monitoring your cycle progress.
Cycling instructions included. Kit will ship first, when ready axolotl will ship overnight.
